Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom resin art:
-All custom sales are final
-No refunds or exchanges are offered once production has begun
-Cancellations may be accepted only if work has not started
Non-custom Orders
Ready-to ship items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused condition. Purchase price and original shipping cost will be refunded upon receipt of returned item. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
