Products and Custom Orders

We specialize in handmade and custom resin art. Due to the nature of handmade items:

-Each piece is unique

-Minor imperfections, bubbles, or variations in color may occur

-Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos or mockups

These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

Customer Provided Materials:

For custom orders involving customer-supplied items (including but not limited to flowers, fabric, photos, or other keepsakes)

-You confirm you have the legal right to submit the materials

-You understand the resin process is permanent and cannot be reversed

-You acknowledge there is an inherent risk when working with organic or delicate materials

-You agree that slight changes (such as color shifts in flowers) are normal

Liability Limitation for Supplied Materials:

While we handle all materials with care:

-We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to the resin preservation process

-We are not liable for the condition of the materials we receive

-We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping carriers

Order Approval and Responsibility:

You are responsible for:

-Reviewing all spelling, dates, and customization details

-Approving proofs or mockups (if provided)

-Providing accurate shipping information

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer

Processing Times:

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise

-Processing times are estimates, not guarantees

-Custom resin pieces often require extended curing time

-Delays may occur due to material issues, high order volume, or environmental factors

Pricing and Payments:

-All prices re listed in USD

-Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

-We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Shipping:

-Shipping times are estimates only

-We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our possession

-Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation

-Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

Return, Refunds, and Cancellations:

Custom orders:

-Due to the personalization of custom orders, all custom sales are final

-No refunds or exchanges are offered once production has begun

-Cancellations may be accepted only if work has not yet begun

Non-custom Orders:

-Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused condition
